If you are new to N scale trains, or new to model trains in general, here are some ideas on how to get started. If you are new to model trains in general and want to start with N scale, I would recommend starting out with Kato train sets and expansion packs. If you are just new to N scale, I would recommend starting out by building a small layout or a layout module to get an idea if working in N scale is something you will be happy with before jumping into a bigger project.
