I’m giving away TWO Kato Starter Sets, such as the ones on this page (winners get to choose): https://www.trainworld.com/train-set/n-scale-train-set/kato-n-scale-train-set.html
The giveaway period will end at midnight on the Friday of the week my channel hits 50,000 subscribers. Unless that itself happens at the end of the week, in which case I may extend it another week. I'll have an update on the exact end date once it is clear what week I will reach 50,000 subscribers.
HOW TO ENTER AND WIN:
1st Drawing: Anyone who leaves a comment on this video is entered to win a Kato Train Set in the giveaway. The winner will be chosen by random drawing the week after I reach 50,000 subscribers. The winner will be notified by a reply from me on the comment along with a link to supply shipping address information so I can ship the train set. The winner must choose a Kato train set from a list of sets that are available and in stock at a major US internet hobby dealer at that time.
2nd Drawing: Describe in the comment why you or someone you know should win the 2nd train set. The comments with the most likes (at least the top 10 comments) will then be listed in a follow-up video after I reach the 50,000 subscribers mark, and viewers will then be able to decide on that video which of those should win. In the event this process is unworkable, the second train set giveaway will be by a random drawing of people posting a comment on the video.

Hi Steve,
I've been a longtime viewer of your videos. This is my first comment it's taken me 67 years to figure how to post a comment. My grandchildren love coming to my house to run my trains. I just have a small N-scale 2'x6' I've had since the 60's. My dad got me started, he had a Lionel layout and he thought I should have my own. I have all of the engines and rolling stock I've ever received from my dad or bought myself. Some of my favorite pieces are the early Atlas F-Units and rolling stock my dad gave me. My eight-year-old grandson makes his dad bring him to my house 2 to 3 times a week…
Hi Steve,
Thank you for your channel. My son, who was into trains when he was young (we stored his first layout under his bed), has rediscovered them (he is now 18) after we started building the Executive Switching layout (with a few modifications inspired by the Z scale switching one) for his birthday. He may not take the layout to college this fall, but it will be here when he visits. Thank you for both the layout idea AND the track list - Kato track (and engines, etc.) is not cheap, but it is worth the price. Jeff Kramer
Hi Steve, I love everything you do about trains and I find myself very fortunate to have been following you for sometime now. I have learned and I keep learning from you all the time. You are an absolute asset to the train modeling community. Thank you for your dedication and thank you for everything you do, much success, my friend! Bob C
